Parents are encouraged to monitor their children's regularity. Every day, parents should check their children's diaries and take note of any homework or other directions given. They should make certain that enough time is set aside for home study.
The parent/guardian must acknowledge all notes offered by instructors in the school.
Meeting with teachers: Guardians are invited to meet with the Principal/Vice Principal/ Headmistress/ Class Teacher or Subject Teachers for whatever purpose. All such meetings, however, must be scheduled in advance. Parents are not permitted to visit the classrooms or other areas of the facility since this causes disruption to the pupils. The encounter with the person in question will take place at a given location and at a specific time.
All circulars, invitations, and other correspondence sent to the children should be acknowledged on the appropriate form in the diary.
When applying for leave or justifying their children's absence, parents should utilise the "Leave Record" form in the diary.
The Parent-Teacher Meeting, which takes place on the second Saturday of each month (as per the schedule), should be attended on a regular basis. These sessions are organised to discuss their child's performance and growth, as well as to encourage teachers to do their best for the child's general betterment.
Change of Address and Telephone Number: It is critical for parents to notify the school whenever their address or telephone number changes. In the event of an emergency, the school must be able to contact the parents.
Communication Language: The school's medium of instruction is English. The use of English is required at all times in the school grounds in order to gain maximum fluency in the language.
Parent-Teacher Meetings: These meetings are scheduled according to the dates provided. Parents must make it a point to physically attend all such gatherings. Tutors are not to be sent to such meetings at the school. At the end of each term, Progress Report Cards will be collected.
Parents should make sure that their child has all of his or her possessions, such as a tiffin, a water bottle, and a geometry box. After the student has entered the school grounds, the school will not receive anything at the school gate.
Any child who does not have a minimum of 90% attendance will not be allowed to take the final examination.
